11-13 March 2014
Between the 11th and the 13th of March fluidion participated at the Oceanology 2014 conference and trade fair, organized at Excel London, where it presented its products for seawater sampling and analysis. In particular, fluidion presented the pH analyser, which is based on proprietary technology that enables in-situ calibrations of similar precision to laboratory measurements. With this development, fluidion announces officially its intent to compete in the 2014 international X-Prize competition: Wendy Schmidt Ocean Health Prize, which focuses on development of high-precision instruments for monitoring ocean acidification.
This initiative is supported by the European Union via its Climate KIC StartUp Acceleration program in France.
